Jesuit Media Initiatives in London, England offers daily prayer for your mp3 player. Listen on the computer or download podcasts to literally pray-as-you-go. There are also relaxation exercises and a meditation for ending the day on their website. Each is about eight minutes long and includes bells as a call to prayer, music, scripture and guided prayer.
